Working with full awareness of your strengths as a coach and supporting clients internationally.
Module 1: Understanding leadership and management to support teams efficiently. Assessing meaningfulness and responsibilities of a client.
Module 2: Learning to use decision-making models; coaching an external client. Focusing on international teams; assembling a profile for teams . Expectations and Performance.
Module 3: Communication styles and cultural aspects of working with international teams. ; Peer coaching.
Module 4: Creating a coaching persona – your coach identity. Attendees’ coaching demos. Business issues: pitching to clients.
LEAD, the final in the FEEL series of programs focuses on a centeredness that international clients and teams will find attractive and will help you stand out in your chosen niche of language coaching.
