Our FEEL programme strengthens your key competencies ín a variety of ways so you can leave each level FEELing the difference every time you support language learners and users.
About FEEL Blended Program
The FEEL program is comprised of 4 ILCA courses. Each course is delivered via self study and synchronous training components. This means you will be viewing and completing study video and special assignments as well as attending and interacting in the live online sessions.
FEEL Program Self Study Videos:
You can develop your understanding about the fundamental concepts, the framework and tools used in LC on 4 levels.
- A good choice for those who have already completed coaching training elsewhere and are looking to blend language teaching/training experience with their coaching expertise.
- It is also a possibility if your teaching load is heavy, your timeframe is limited and you are interested in finding out more about language coaching: our video course is a reasonable choice.
Each course offers 4 modules, with 60min video tutorials + 90min live sessions with interactive parts for peer coaching, demo coaching + discussion.
Optional: Peer consultation and coaching groups organised outside the live sessions (60mins). This is attendees’ opportunity to apply the input + skills and receive feedback and food for thought from peers.
Each tier has 4 hrs study videos, + 6hrs contact with attendees to see live demo coaching, try out and experience peer coaching, provide, receive feedback and clarify any issues with the trainer who facilitates. Each tier builds on the one before.
Completing full programmes:
If you have serious plans to upskill and redefine how you can serve your learners, clients and wish to take advantage of our rigorous full programme. You are committed to working hard independently to practise and solidify newly acquired skills and competencies.
You are eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion by completing the video course, which is upgradeable to Certificate of Achievement on completion of all live online sessions at corresponding levels.
Both are ambitious cpd opportunities, with flexibility in mind.

The foundation course is designed to help you learn how to adopt a coaching mindset and have a sound background to start from. This course is for language teachers making the transition into becoming an active language coach or looking to incorporate language coaching techniques into their teaching tool kit.

This course is the next step on your Language coaching journey after completing the Foundation Course or if you are already a certified coach. These 4 modules will expand your coaching competencies through strengthening existing coaching foundations and models. We focus on leading dialogue-based coaching processes with versatility and flexibility as well as the development of the skill of deviating from your coaching models.
